This is great news for chocolate-lovers! If you love chocolate, you won’t have to give it up if you wish to live a vegan lifestyle. Here is an easy recipe for a super quick smoothie that is not only tasty but healthy and nutritious, without the added dairy and sugar!

1 cup raw coconut water or nut milk (almond or hazelnut)

1/3 cup organic frozen berries of your choice

1/2 of a frozen banana

1 teaspoon seamoss powder (also called Irish Moss)

Dash of cinnamon

1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract

1/2 teaspoon cacao powder

1/4 cup of soaked dates (can add more or less until you reach your desired level of sweetness.)

Optional: 1 tablespoon of almond, peanut or cashew butter.

Add ingredients to your high-speed blender and voila!
